Workspaces and navigation
A workspace groups the requests, tasks, and settings you can access. Everyone starts with Personal, the workspace for their own requests and tasks sent to their email address. If you also belong to an organization, use the workspace picker to switch to its shared work. Set a preferred starting workspace in User profile.
Personal
Use Personal for requests you send personally and tasks addressed to your account's email address. Personal has no employee or team directory.
An organization may send a task to your email address. You receive that task in Personal; this does not make you an employee or give you access to the organization's workspace. Personal task lists show the originating organization so you can distinguish senders.
Organizations
Organization work stays within the selected organization. Employee and team tasks appear in that organization's Tasks view. Its Requests view includes work available through your requester identity, team relationships, and authorized delegation.
Employees and delegates must belong to the same organization. Membership in one organization does not grant access to another organization's requests or tasks.
When you have delegated access, the workspace picker also offers organization entries with the represented employee's name. Select that entry to work on their behalf; select your own entry to return to your work. See Delegations.
The small chip beside the upper-right corner of the brand name reads App in the commercial app, Free in the open-source app, and Docs in the documentation portal.

Use the profile menu for your account settings and notification preferences. The bell in the app bar opens notifications for the selected workspace. The navigation drawer can be opened from the menu button on smaller screens. The color-mode switch changes the appearance of both the app and Docs on the same site.
Small uppercase labels identify navigation groups, cards, sections, and workflow steps. Page titles and controls use sentence case. Use the breadcrumb links above a page title to return to its parent pages. Choose Docs in the main menu to open the user guides in the current tab. The website's Docs links and contextual Read documentation links also use the current tab. In the open-source app, Docs opens the open-source edition guide and feature comparison.
In grids, green titles and names are links. They show an underline when hovered or focused with the keyboard; keyboard focus also has a visible outline.
The footer includes Home, App, Docs, Contact, Terms, and Privacy links. Each opens in the current tab.
The main menu groups related pages under Work, Access, People, Subscription, and Support. Groups appear only when their features are available in the selected workspace. Choose Replay user guide under Support for a guided introduction to the app bar and navigation; see Getting started.
